so the site definitely looks clean and easy to browse, but some parts feel a bit bland. I liked a few of the outdoor furniture photos, but I wish the pages had a little more style or personality to them.

I found what I needed quickly, and the site was easy to get around. It made the whole process simple.

I ordered some patio chairs and they got here right when they said they would. Didn’t have no weird delays or any chasing around, which was nice. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

I left it outside pretty much all winter, and it still look great. I was expecting some wear from all the rain, but it held up way better than I thought

The furniture looks fine now that it’s finally assembled, but wow, getting there was kind of a mess. I got patio set from Oxford Garden a few years back, and at first I really liked it. It had nice look, felt sturdy, and made the patio feel a lot more put together.
After couple seasons outside though, I started noticing the finish fading more than I expected. Some pieces are still fine, but one chair got little wobbly even though we weren’t rough with it or anything.

It’s not awful and we still use it, but for price I thought it would age better. Maybe it would do better if you keep it covered all the time, but I was hoping for little less upkeep.

They did send a replacement, but every email seemed to take a few days, and I ended up having to follow up once because I was getting impatient waiting around. The cushions look really nice on the chairs, but after sitting for a while they start to feel a little thin. I guess I was expecting them to be a bit more comfortable for the price... they’re not terrible, just not quite what I hoped for.

I thought the prices were fair overall. I bounced around a few other outdoor furniture sites first, because I get impatient when I feel like something might be overpriced, and Oxford Garden wasn’t always the cheapest, but it also didn’t feel like they were trying to sneak in some crazy markup.

We've had our Oxford Garden bench sitting outside for about three summers now, and the finish still looks good. There's a little bit of fading, but no peeling or anything like that. It’s held up better than I expected, if that makes sense. Overall, I’m happy with it...

My order showed up right on schedule, which I appreciated, but I still remember feeling that little drop in my stomach when I saw the box. It had a few dents and one corner was crushed, so I was worried before I even opened it. Thankfully, the furniture inside was fine and didn’t have any real damage, but for something meant to be outdoor furniture, I expected it to be packed a little more securely. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a stressful moment I wish I didn’t have to deal with.

I ordered from Oxford Garden assuming it would arrive in, you know, a normal human timeframe. Instead, the shipping dragged on way longer than expected, and the tracking updates were basically on vacation for days, which was super helpful, obviously.

The product was fine once it finally decided to show up, but the wait really took the excitement out of it. I’m not sure I’d order again unless I had absolutely nothing going on and plenty of time to stare into the void.

I ordered from oxfordgarden.com and overall the furniture looks good, especially the wood parts. They have a nice finish and feel like decent quality. The hardware, though, was a little disappointing. A couple of the bolts felt kind of cheap, and one screw was a pain to line up during assembly. I did get everything put together eventually, so it wasn’t a disaster, but for the price I think it’s fair to expect the metal parts to be a bit sturdier. It’s a decent product, just wish they’d put the same care into the hardware that they did into the wood.

Overall, the woodwork feels really solid and well made. I’m just a bit confused because one of the chairs had this tiny uneven edge, which seemed out of place compared to how sturdy everything else feels.
